Hello, I'm Captain Art Miller, owner, operator and captain of the charter fishing boat "LUCKY STRIKE" and always available and eager to answer any charter boat fishing questions you may have. I'm sure you'll find comfort with your captain having over thirty years of experience running sport fishing trips on the Great Lakes with a home port of Lake Erie, Ashtabula, Ohio. I'm an Ohio licensed charter fishing guide, certified in first aid and CPR. I am a U.S.C.G. licensed 100 ton Master captain with a U.S.C.G. towing endorsement. Your captain is enrolled in a drug testing program, "The Maritime Consortium" which meets all U.S.C.G. regulations. I'm a proud member of NACO (National Association of Charter Boat Operators. LUCKY STRIKE Sportfishing is insured by Charter Lakes Marine Insurance.
